One problem related to automatic emergency braking has been reported for the 2013 Mercedes Benz E350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Pre-safe inoperative warning message comes on at random times. I’ve taken the vehicle in to address this issue, but mercedes claims they did not see the message, and there are no error codes. I purchased this vehicle because it comes with this safety feature - I find it unacceptable that it does not function.
