Pano roof creaks and pops when driving; before it was just on turns not (esp. Summer in USA) it is all the time. Research and discussions say that the roof panel could explode. Is there a TSB on this or a recall? we have owned this vehicle since 2017 and for past three years it has become a constant concern. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
Exploding front panoramic rood glass panel part # 212-780-11-21 sliding rood panel. Driving down highway road 50 mile an hour no rocks or other cars. Window panel exploded like hearing a gun shot sound. Window is in approximately a million small pieces. Inside temperature 75 degrees, outside 20 degrees f. No injuries. Repair cost $1,500. 00 usd.
