The contact owns a 2016 mercedes-benz E350. The contact stated that the air bag warning indicator randomly flashed. The on star communication system generated reports and called to inquire if there was a crash. The dealer (mercedes-benz of beverly hills, 9250 beverly blvd, beverly hills, CA 90210, (310) 659-2980) was unable to disconnect the on star communication system and stated that the control unit prematurely failed because of coffee that may have spilled in that area.
