One problem related to carrier/rack has been reported for the 2016 Mercedes Benz E350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Panoromic roof. Roof makes creaking noise when turning or driving on uneven or rough road. Noise seems to be coming from the reinforcement plate between panoromic roof joint. This is very noticiable, lubing the sunroof track or positon of sunroof(close or open) does not reduce noise or issue.
