Recall was issued on Feb 09,2016; manufacturer recall number2018030011; NHTSA recall number16v081 and the status is currently: recall status recall incomplete, remedy not yet available. It has been 2 1/2 years and I am continually being told that I have to drive daily in a car that has a faulty airbag which can result in death should I be involved in an accident. This continued lack of concern for consumer/public safety is troubling given that the NHTSA is charged with overseeing highway and traffic safety for the united states.
