Consumer contacted the dealer, in reference to recall number 00v388000/ manufacturer's recall number 2000110004 concerning air bag failure. Vehicle was at dealer for two days, parts were not available to correct problem. The consumer believes the dealer's failure to do the recall job on time was because the service was free of charge.
