Two problems related to latches/locks/linkage have been reported for the 2007 Mercedes Benz GL450. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Mechanical failure for the truck's liftgate. Light flashed as I was backing out of driveway. Will not turn off now, getting it checked tomorrow.
1. Poor battery life and alternator life in 2007 gl 450 2. Engine died and electronics died at highway speeds, reported to Mercedes Benz corporation with no resolve. 3. Lift gate constantly malfunctions and does not close.
