Tl-the contact owns a 2008 Mercedes Benz Gl450. . The contact stated that while driving at any speed the steering wheel would not turned when making a right or left turn. The failure recurred everytime when driving. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that it needed rack and pinion steering needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
