Brake booster got do not drive letter and contacted June 27,2024 and first week of July and said they would contact me and nothing yet.

There is a recall on some of the make & models of my truck with different years but, my truck has been having the same issue & I believe that myself & my family may be at risk. The recall states that if the oil level in the acs reservoir is below the minimum level, the oil may foam & leak out of the vent holes in the reservoir cap. The leaking of oil in the presence of ignition source can increase the risk of fire. I have been having to add two quarts of oil to my car every month for almost a year & there has been no oil in my driveway at all. The oil is going somewhere & I would like for my truck to be put on the recall list & have this issue addressed. My brakes also seem to have an unexplainable issue. Most times they're perfect but, sometimes they vibrate very hard when stopping no matter how fast or slow I'm going at the time. When I get them checked, I'm told that they're fine. Last Wednesday morning June 06, 2023 I started vehicle up to move it closer to my apartment. Once I shifted into "drive", immediately the engine revved up and vehicle accelerated in high rate of speed across the parking lot, I was applying the brakes, but they were not stopping the vehicle, it then slammed into wooded area and crashed head first into creek beyond the wooded area. I was dazed and bleeding from cut beneath my nose, I climbed out of vehicle and back up the incline the vehicle crashed downward into. Baltimore county police responded and I explained to officer what had happened. He advised me to contact my insurance carrier and wrote the incident report #. During the time while awaiting my vehicle's retrieval from the wooded area, I then photographed and video recorded the damages once retrieved. The air bags did not deploy when the vehicle crashed yet the complete front grill and hood of the vehicle was smashed in, front tire blown.

I contacted the closest authorized mb dealer union, NJ and they have not provided a loaner car and have not yet fixed the issue. They say they have so many calls and cannot do anything for me despite the fact I waited so long. I need this car on a daily basis and cannot do my work without this car. I have been calling them over and over and they disconnect the phone. This has been really frustrating. They are also saying that they are not willing to pay for any cab fee, uber or any rental car fee. I need my car urgently and am really scared to drive this car after they sent me the stop drive order.

Brought this vehicle into mercedes-benz of peoria, peoria, IL. For routine maintenance on may 19, 2022. When I returned to pick up vehicle, I was informed of the do not drive recall and was informed I could not drive my car. I was only offered a curtesy car for that night and then had to find my own rental car, which I have done, incurring $7,675. 11 in rental charges through August 2022. I have received zero updates from mercedes as to when they will fix this problem. I have also not received any reimbursement for my rental car expenses.

In the past several weeks, whenever I press on the brake pedal firmly at a stoplight or even on the highway, the "low brake light" alarm on the vehicle turns on. I went and checked the brake fluid level, but it is normal. It also seems to take longer to brake the car than before. I'm not sure if it is related to the recent recall or not.

We purchased the car in July 2019 and in addition to the car having warranty up to 50,000 miles, we purchased an additional service/repair package for $1,800. 00 recently we noticed that when we first start driving the car has a noise on the right side, the noise is most noticeable when applying the brake and when releasing the brake. We took the car to Mercedes Benz of valencia and to say that the service department staff was unwilling to help is a gross understatement. They eventually did agree to keep the car governing and test drive it in the morning, they called the following day on December 3rd and told us to come and get the car. Bill the service representative stated that they heard the noise when applying the brake and said there is nothing they can do because the brakes on the car are new and that they do not know what could be wrong with the car. We are concerned and , worried about our safety, we purchased the car and the additional repair package for peace of mind expecting to get the proper service to address any issues because the car is covered by a 50,000 mile warranty and we purchased additional service package.

Takata inflators : the srs light is continuously staying on in the vehicle. As soon as the vehicle is started the light comes on and does not go off until the vehicle goes back off.

Vehicle goes on one side, dealer blames and repairs struts, same issue happen after 5 months, and dealer blames air suspension bellows. Stiff and noisy steering may also be related to takata recall.

I purchased a vehicle from auto world USA in bedford, ohio. I have experienced issued with the car from the day I took the car to try and get inspected in the state of pennsylvania. I was told that the brakes and tires were good to pass inspection; however when I took the car to get inspected I had to replace all 4 tires, brakes and rotors. I took the car to Mercedes Benz to get looked at due to the burning smell that keeps coming through the vents when the heat is on. I was told the my oil seperator was leaking' that my air springs are leaking and that my rear air suspensions were bad. When I purchased the car I was offered a warranty that I was told would cover those types of repairs. Well it turns out the suspension is not covered under the warranty and I cannot get the oil seperator fixed because there is a deductible (that I was not made aware of. ) I have to take my car to auto world USA in ohio to get repairs done and I live in pittsburgh, PA. I was told by the warranty company that the dealership could call and they would waive the deductible. Terry dobbins at auto world, was very rude and said that she would not call the warranty after she kept expressing she was going home she just happened to answer my call. What type of company treats a customer like that? I was given falsified information on many levels and was treat like I committed a crime. Auto world USA should be investigated their sales practices are fraudulent. They have put the life of me and my children in jeopardy by selling me a car that had safety issues and it is their due dilligence to make sure thast the car did not have safety issues before it was sold to a consumer with an "as-is" warranty or not. Me and my kids could be seriously injured becuse I was sold a car with a safety hazard. Somebody else may not be fortunate enough to find out what's wrong with their car before it's to late.

Brakes rotors warped this was the first time happened again on Jun 5 2013 at 5269 miles replaced again not towing anything.

I came out of the shopping maul into the parking lot, entered into the car and put it in reverse. Then l pressed the brakes to stop the vehicle and go forward, but the brakes would not stop the car. The car kept going backwards and l kept pressing the brakes without any result. The car smashed into 4 parked vehicles and still did not stop. I attempted to put it in neutral to stop it or slow it down, but finally the car started going forward and l pressed the brakes multiple times, but the car still did not respond and kept going forward and skidding and eventually smashed into a tree and stopped. L have contacted mercedes, but they are yet act. The car power steering went out 3 days before the accident and was just replaced the day before the accident. There have been several complaints with this model and recall on the power steering. I have incurred over 35,000 dollar damage to the vehicle and other vehicles and need Mercedes Benz to step up and figure out why the car kept accelerating despite my applying the brakes.

Vehicle was parked in a parking lot. When we inserted the key in ignition; vehicle started to move forward itself. Luckily, there were not any cars in the front and we were able to stop the vehicle with foot brake.

Today my husband was involved in a car accident while driving my 2007 Gl450. Thank god he wasn't injured but the situation he explained to me has happened several times before and I've been able to regain control of the car before something terrible happened. He left home for work at about 6am and while still in the subdivision driving about 20 miles/hr on a road with about 1" of snow, he tried to make a right turn but the brakes locked and the steering wouldn't turn and he ended up smashing the front end on a huge stone and ricocheting to a fire hydrant. Like I said, this has happened before and I'd been assuming that the skidding was because our tires were worn but we got brand new tires less than a week ago so this does not make any sense. I haven't been in touch with mercedes yet but I will be contacting them to advise them of this issue.
