The fuel pump tank closing cover (p/n 204-470-04-38) cracked and caused fuel to pool on it. This happens when the tank is above 3/4 full resulting in strong fuel fumes when the car is parked inside. It is likely when parked in a garage to be an explosion hazard due to the fumes.
