This is my only means of transportato and I don't feel my family and I are safe in this vehicle. After traveling to a doctors appointment, when put the key in the posution to crank vehicle the steering wheel would no longer let fown. Steering wheel is now stuck in the up position. Can't lower the steering column. Which makes it now difficult the stir. Electric control lever will not work. Intermittent warning "check right tail and brake light" I check and light not functioning; message disappears, lights work and then repeats with light not functioning. Additionally car fails to start on several occasions. Has been in shop 3 days. Not sure if it is wiring harness faulty, circuit board, perhaps harness or sockets burnt, melted. Note that this problem is rampant in online reporting. Mercedes reports no recalls.
