One problem related to transmission not engage has been reported for the 2000 Mercedes Benz ML320. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving about 65 mph engine stalled. After shifting to neutral driver was able to restart the engine. Vehicle was shifted back to drive, transmission would not reengage. Driver had to slowdown to a stop before transmission would reengage in drive again. Dealership has been contacted about the problem.
