Tl-the contatc owns a 2002 Mercedes Benz ml 320. The contact stated that air condition does not turn off when the engine is cut off. The engine also fails to start when being switched on. The contact stated that they bought and installed a new altinator and still had to get a jump for the vehicle to start. It usualy takes three attempts for the engine to start off properly. The battery was changed and the engine still takes several attempts. The vehicle was towed to a local mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired however, the contact has an appointment on the 26th of this month at napelton's autowerks of indiana. , inc. 1301 indianapolis blvd, scherville, in 46375 where the vehicle will be serviced. The dealer was contacted. The manufacturer was not informed. Failure mileage unknown. Jw.
