One problem related to accelerator pedal has been reported for the 2003 Mercedes Benz ML320. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While parking vehicle accelerated. Consumer applied the brake pedal but the brakes failed. This caused consumer's vehicle to collide with the vehicle in front. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection. The cause had not been determined.
