One problem related to adaptive equipment has been reported for the 2008 Mercedes Benz ML350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Latch on tailgate will not catch. The gate will close automatically but will not latch. Upon researching this item, there are several other complaints on this same issue. Why doesn't mercedes recall this feature.
