Takata recall - when I contacted my Mercedes Benz dealer in smithtown, NY, the explained that they cannot help me with my airbag recall. I also called mercedes directly many times over the past years and was not able to get an answer on when or how I can get my airbag recall resolved.

We've been notified of this airbag recall since February 2016 and have been trying to get them replaced. No dealer ever has the parts. It has been impossible to have them replaced. If injured or worse we will file a law suite.

Takata recall Mercedes Benz was made aware of problem with the takata air bags in January of 2016 and notified owners. So far, there has not been any resolve and mercedes does not have replacement bags from takata to put into people's cars - it is now almost 2 years since this notice was given to consumers.

Air bag has a recall called dealer been waiting almost 2 yrs.

2010 BMW ml 350. Consumer writes in regards to replacement parts not available to repair air bag recall. The consumer would like to return the vehicle to the manufacturer. The manufacturer was contacted but, did not offer any assistance.

When making a left hand turn on city road, aprox 25mph the passenger headrest srs system malfunctioned and sprung open hitting passenger in back of head causing neck injury.

Bankruptcy court district of delaware that I should contact a local mb dealer about my airbag replacement. I called wesley chapel m. B. In wesley chapel, florida and was informed that they do not have a replacement part and have no idea when they will have one. This is the same crap that I have been hearing for over two years. When are the parts for my mb going to be available, and don't you dare tell me "you do not know"?.
