The contact owns a 2015 mercedes-benz Ml350. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked and attempting to seat the child in the car seat, he noticed that the seat belt was loose. The contact checked the car seat and pushed the seat to one side and the seat belt unwound and retracted to the normal position. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 105,000.
I read that there have been 3-4 recalls on my mercedes which we bought brand new and I have never received notifications.
