Side/window Air Bag Problems of Mercedes Benz ML350

Takata recall. Received letter from dealer to say that they now have information as to the recall of the driver side airbag but haven't heard anything since. Its been nearly a year. I called dealer who says that its just that the bag inflates too fast and is not a big deal, but he is wrong about the defect. The defect is that the bag produces shrapnel when inflated that can and has caused deaths of drivers.

Recall on drivers side airbag in February 2016. Recall incomplete. No remedy from company(tk holdings inc. -takata) that made the airbags. I cannot trade in my car or sell it with this recall. . . Value of my car is way down due to this.

Takata recall driver side air bag recall sent in Feb. 2016 and have yet to get issue resolved. Contacted dealership many times without any useful information on the replacement of the air bags.

Side-swiped on the freeway. Witness state the vehicle rolled 4-5 times. No front or side airbags deployed.
