The contact owns a 2006 Mercedes Benz Ml350. The vehicle has continental, size p235/6517 tires. The contact took the vehicle to the manufacturer for regularly scheduled maintenance. This fact will lead to numerous crashes because owners/drivers are not aware of this vehicles limitations and assume it will handle like a standard 4 wheel drive vehicle. Nhtsa needs to bring this to the attention of the manufacturer and all registered owners of the vehicle in order to prevent further crashes.

2006 ml 350 pulls to the right when driving through water puddles. The consumer feels the continental tires may be the cause of the problem. The tire have been replaced with bridgestone dueler hl. The consumer has not driven the vehicle in wet conditions with the new tire yet.
