The contact owns a 2003 Mercedes Benz Ml500. While driving approximately 40 mph, the brake pedal was depressed and failed to respond intermittently. The abs warning light illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 81,000. . . Updated 08/06/15 the consumer stated two lines from the reservoir to the hydraulic pressure regulator failed.
