One problem related to wiring has been reported for the 2004 Mercedes Benz ML500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
During regular vehicle use the front right headlight stopped working. Upon inspection it was found that the headlight holder had melted under extreme temperatures due to a manufacturers defect in the wiring harness.
