I see I have recalls for the back hatch door and some suspension recalls electrical also air rising system for a 2008 are 350 mercedes I call the syracuse new york dealer and they said it is not up for recalls but this is how I found out it was up for recalls.

Electronic Stability Control problem #2

My abs my eesp my brake light and check engine light mine anyways the whole cluster is going crazy it's hard to shift down when I'm coming to a stop not all the time but just sometimes so I got a mind of its own my speedometer goes up and down it says check my tire pressure when it's good my srs light comes on my brakes lights comes on it says dionostic rig test, abs light says dionostic rig test, especially light says dionostic rig test. Brake light flashes on and off and a continuous beebing. It also says do not change gears drive to work shop. $ your paper will not allow me to check other boxes that I'm having problem wit.

Electronic Stability Control problem #3

While driving the esp/abs light began flashing and a the car made a beeping sound. The warning light came on and a message stating "drive directly to the workshop without switching gears," popped up. I stopped the car and started it again and there was no light for about 2 minutes of driving, then the lights began again abs/esp and flashing inoperative light. I drove the car home as it was scheduled for an appointment the following morning. The next morning I tried starting the car and it would not start and started beeping incessantly. The car was inoperative and would not start or crank. I had to call Mercedes Benz roadside assistance to transport the vehicle to the dealership. It was founded by the dealership that there was a wiring sensor problem causing inaccurate signals to be sent to the engine.

Electronic Stability Control problem #4

I drove my 2006 mercedes R350 to work and when I came out for lunch I noticed the car leaning severely to the right. I took the car to have it diagnosed and was told it was the rear air spring suspension. My warrant paid to have the vehicle repaired and the part was replaced. Two months later the vehicle was leaning again. I took the car back and was told it was a part defect and they replaced it at no charge to my warranty company. Just this Saturday, August 3, 2013 I came out from the movies to find my car leaning for the third time. I contacted the warranty company and was informed that it was a 1 year warranted since it was last fixed on September 25,2012 so I took the car back to the shop that fixed it and was told that now its the opposite side of which was fixed but the car is leaning the same position as the last 2 times and now I have to pay out of pocket to get it repaired because my warranty has ended. I have also had problems with the intake manifold something in the engine and the trunk/liftgate latch not closing and sensor not working where the trunk would slam on your head without stopping from the motion. The motion sensors have also been a problem where they would constantly sound off when nothing is in the way. The passenger seat assembly has also been repaired since I've had this vehicle. Something is also going on underneath the vehicle which has caused my front tires to suddenly bald severely without warning.
