Complaint is directed to court@groveautocenter. Com in forest grove, oregon. At time of purchase, tires were totally worn and dealer agreed to new tire replacement. Subsequent event revealed replacement tires were not new and had previously been improperly repaired. In addition, load factor was below minimum manufacturers rating and unsafe. Dealer refused to reimburse cost of new and correct replacement tires.
