The contact owns a 2007 mercedes S550. While driving 40 mph he heard a rattling noise from the front-end of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the motor mounts were replaced because they fractured. The manufacturer was notified, and a representative stated that the there was no recall related to the failure. The VIN was not available. The failure and current mileages were 50,000.
