My husband and I were in the middle of a major intersection, and we just about rolled into a parking lot awaiting a tow truck. As per the purchase agreement the dealership charged $895 over the purchase price for the vehicle preparation fee. The vehicle was transported back to alpine motors at my expense and has been in the dealer passion since September 3,2026. I requested a full refund, and alpine motors did not agree, they want to deduct the $895 vehicle preparation fee. This is not acceptable; I am entitled to the full refund as the vehicle was return because of significant mechanical problems as well as the transport expense back to alpine motors.
