Engine Shut Off Without Warning Problems of Mercedes Benz SLK350

The contact owns a 2005 Mercedes Benz Slk350. The contact stated that the vehicle suddenly shut off twice while driving 40 mph. There was plenty of fuel in the vehicle during both failures. The vehicle could not be restarted once it shut off. During the second failure, the vehicle came to a complete stop in the center lane of a busy road. The vehicle was towed to the dealer after both failures, but they could not get the vehicle to start. After the first failure, the dealer replaced the fuel pump.
