Two problems related to windshield have been reported for the 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
"solar tint" windshield cracked twice when hit by small pebble.
Windshield replaced several times; pits, then "runs" when hit with small pebble. ; I have owned many cars in the past, never had such a problem with windshield. Car has 60,000 miles on it and is just under 3 years old.
