One problem related to wiring has been reported for the 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Horn & cruise control stoped working , repair shop said wiring harness is breaking down at the tight bends . Also said this is a common complaint with this model and its sister model. I have not corrected this as of yet.
