One problem related to fuel injection has been reported for the 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Was traveling down a ramp at 20-30 mph when the vehicle cut off for no reason. Had no warning. Had no control of vehicle. Police officer noticed fuel injection switch in trunk of vehicle & punched it to restart vehicle.
