Two problems related to windshield wiper/washer have been reported for the 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving down the road windshield wipers came on all by themselves and then stopped. Contacted dealer.
While turning off the windshield wiper the blade does not return to its position. Dealer is aware of the problem, but has no solution.
