Wheel problem

The steering wheel vibrates when driving at speeds of 58 mph and faster. The dealership has serviced the vehicle 5 times, in which they balanced the tires, rotate the tires and made an adjustment in the steering column. The problem still exist. The dealership also indicated that the steering wheel meets factory specifications and the shake is minimum. The dealer rotated and balanced the system but the shaking persisted. When the vehicle tires and wheels were replaced with cast aluminum the shaking was no longer felt. The consumer feels that the previous set of tires and wheels were defective.
