Tl - the contact owns a 1999 Ford grand Marquis. The contact stated while changing the passenger side rear tire the factory issued jack failed to support the weight of the vehicle and bent. The equipment was not taken to the dealer to be inspected. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure and current mileage was 88,000. Rvk.
