One problem related to wiper has been reported for the 1999 Mercury Marquis. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Driving in the rain headlights went out tried high beans came on went out, also, wipers. I pull leaver held in reset wipers with other hand. Then I pull down lever to signal too get off road nocking high beans off again. I almost hit gard rail,the lcd recall should be for all cars not just some my safty and others should have recalls.
