Two problems related to door have been reported for the 2000 Mercury Marquis. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Passenger's door unable to open with a key; driver's side used a remote control. Dealer notified.
The consumer is concerned with the design of the newer vehicles. While trying to get out of the vehicle through the right rear door, the consumer hit her head, sustaining minor injuries. This also happened in another vehicle.
