Air Bag Not Deploy Problems of Mercury Marquis

Result of a crash with backing ups truck passenger side air bag deployed. When air bag deployed part of the dashboard came around and hit driver inside of head. Driver air bag did not deploy. Car not repaired.

While consumer was driving on an interstate traffic was at a complete stop and a collision occurred, consumer's vehicle was hit from behind, and pushed into another vehicle. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy, and vehicle was totaled. Driver sustained injuries. The consumer stated that the head rests were to far from the head to be effective. The consumer suffered injuries.

While driving 45 mph driver lost control of the vehicle, and it crashed into a utility pole. Upon impact, both air bags did not deploy. Driver and passenger sustained injuries, and were transported to the hospital.

Consumer states that was involved on a collision and the drivers air bag did not deployed. Dealer was notified. Nlm during the accident the driver was injured.

Driving about 5-10 mph, the vehicle had a low frontal impact in which the other vehicle had no damages. Upon impact, driver's and the passenger's air bags did not deploy, resulting in injuries. Please provide further information and VIN#.
