Accelerator pedal and brake pedal are located too close together. This would cause a misapplication to the wrong pedal when braking or accelerating, at the same time. Had taken vehicle to dealership, and mechanic could not resolve the problem.
Acceleration problem going backwards. Car lurched backwards and did not respond to braking.
