The contact owns a 2007 Mercury Milan. Immediately after the door was closed the rear window disintegrated inside the vehicle. There were no defects present in the windshield prior to the failure. There were no injuries. The contact stated that he could not determine if the weather was a factor. The vehicle was always parked in the garage which was where the failure occurred. Rear windshield tint has hundreds of bubbles, making it impossible to see especially when dark. Theres been many instances where I have not been able to use my car when it’s dark because of the danger. And if it’s raining, I have absolutely no visibility. There’s no words to accurately describe how dangerous this is. I can’t back out of anywhere. The pictures will speak for themselves.
