2009 Mercury Milan caught on fire while turned off, the fire originated from the upper part of the engine melting plastic and dripping down on some fuel lines. I contacted Ford motor company about this as the car was still covred under full warranty. They will not even inspect the car as I have requested or pay for any damages to my property or even replace the car that was a total loss.
