I believe this issue is causing my vehicle to have significant delays in braking into a complete stop. The manufacturer has failed or is unable to remedy this safety recall for my vehicle in a timely manner, so I would like to file a formal complaint.

2 Equipment problem

Contact autoway Lincoln in clearwater florida the selling and they have done nothing to give any indication when they will repair this vehicle. This recall has been going on far to long since December 2017 and yet no concern of my safety driving this vehicle. Zero concern!!!.

Takato recall I took my 2009 Mercury Milan into the transmission shop to get it fix. The car isn't shifting correctly and is also hard shifting the transmission fluid was burnt. While the car was moving you aren't able to go faster than 40 miles per hour. If your on the free way that could be very dangerous. The transmission shop rebuilt the transmission and are still having the same problem with the car.

Throttle body failure. . . . Car entered limp mode out of the blue while excelerating from a stop at a traffic light.

2009 Mercury Milan. Consumer writes in regards to information that pertains to recall notice. The dealer informed the consumer, her vehicle was not included in the recall.

While driving often times my vehicle reduces speed drastically, while pressing on the gas. This is very dangerous especially when on the highway because of the sudden reduction in speed. Most of my driving is done on the highway. It takes a long time for the vehicle to pick up speed again. Also it does this when I am stopped at a red light which is also a concern for me with my child in the car. I tried to get this problem diagnosed but it drives fine while at the mechanic shop. My vehicle has been doing this since my purchase with only having 42,000 and some miles on it. My vehicle has only about 60,000 and still does this. This problem needs to be fixed.
