The contact owns a 2010 Mercury Milan. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the a/c fan was turned off and failed to turn back on. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the hvac blower motor had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
