Carrier/rack Problems of Mercury Milan

I was at a store for a while I came outside I crank my car put the car in reverse simultaneously the traction control light the abs system light came on along with the power steering going out I did see. This is all the symptoms of a recall but it is not associated with my VIN number now the dealership that has my vehicle has service three other recalls where is servicing three other recalls that has told me that now I will have to pay $3,500 for a rack and pinion replacement and whatever this recall causes for my brakes.

On December 6, 2019 I was at a red light on springdale road. Heard a loud pop sound. I jumped. Then I thought it was my tire. Light turned green. I turned left and my tires felt fine. Then I started hearing this strange crackling sound behind me. My get was an animal my be in my trunk. I looked in my rearview mirror to see that my whole glass was shattered. Glass is everywhere in my car. I haven't cleaned it out. Only placed a plastic bag to cover opening. Thank heaven so didn't have a baby in the back as required by law to have car seat reversed.

Britax boulevard 70 - I have had this car seat for two and a half years and understand that it is outside of the warranty. However I have discovered that there is a crack in the outer shell. I have attached a picture showing the crack in the seat. This car seat has never been in any kind of accident or had any damage sustained to it in any way. While talking to your customer service representatives aaron and tracy I was informed that I could have it replaced by paying $125. This is not something that make sense because I would not want to put my child in a seat that can be cracked from the installation process, how would it be able to sustain a car accident? in my opinion and the opinion of many other parents this is extremely concerning and worrisome. While expressing these concerns to tracy, she interrupt me and then continued to talk over me. This is very unprofessional and is not a quality management should have. She told me that manufacturers defects usually occur within the first year, but I can tell you that something was defective about this seat and usually is not all the time. If this would have been handled professionally and with tact I would not be upset. You well know that your seats are on the higher price point and your customers expect them to last without problems. I will not be buying another car seat from britax and I will be sharing this experience with others. I would not put my child in a seat that does not have the manufacturing companies support and one that does not have the best interest of their customers in mind.

2010 Mercury Milan. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle blind spot information system issues. The consumer stated the blind spot information system worked on an intermittent basis. A message displayed blocked warning blind spot system fault. The dealer informed the consumer, the side obstacle detection module and bracket needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,700. Updated 09/01/2015.

The interior door handle cracked inside the door panel. The door cannot be opened from the inside. This is very dangerous if there was an emergency situation I would not be able to exit my vehicle without rolling the window down and opening handle from outside car. These handles should not be made out of plastic!.
