Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2005 Mercury Monterey

Tl- the contact owns a 2005 Mercury Monterey. The contact stated that while driving approximately 55 mph the driver lost control of the vehicle causing it to crash and roll over multiple times. During the crash the vehicle was destroyed but the air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained lacerations and bruise to the torso. The front passenger sustained bruises to the right arm. Medical treatment was required. A police report was taken at the scene. The vehicle was towed to an undisclosed location. The cause of the failure was not determined.
