Driving on a rainy afternoon to my sons house in ridgewood, NJ. I ran over a small rock which punctured my rear tire. The tire had only 3000 miles on it and could not be fixed, it had a 2" tear in it. I feel this should not have happened to a new tire and is unsafe. Eagle LS m+s p245/70r16.
