The dealer stated that a faulty cal gasket caused fluid to leak into the motor blower, which was the cause of the failure. The motor blower was replaced at the cost of $528. The manufacturer will not assist with the repair cost because the vehicle was out of warranty. The failure mileage was 36,000.
