Door Hinge problems of the 1996 Mercury Villager

1 Door Hinge problem

Failure Date: 12/22/1999

My Mercury Villager has a problem in which the sliding passenger door pops open if I hit a bump in the road. This occurs even if the doors are locked.

2 Door Hinge problem

Failure Date: 06/27/1999

While parked on an incline sliding door came down, causing injuries to occupant coming in or out of vehicle. Please provide further information.
