Tire Problems of Mercury Villager

Defective tires (p215/70r15) manufactured by general tire, requesting a defect investigation. While driving the vehicle's tire had a catastrophic failure. The manufacturer was contacted and refused to accept any responsibility for the failure (general ampere g560 dk-66370-33255).

Consumer had noticed that set of tires were not in a normal use. Consumer had to replace four sets of tires to avoid longer consecuences. Please provide more information.

Tires have gone bald by16000 miles one showing steel belting. Company claims it's the front wheel drive & should have rotated at 6000 miles, refusing to warranty. I never heard of rotating tires before 20,000 miles. Then why are the rear tires bad too? thank you. ( dot number: 024005 tire size: p205/75r15 ).

Problems with vibration in rear and right front of vehicle. There was a vibration in the rear and the right front. The tires were replaced three times. The vibration remained which also caused the seats to vibrate.

General amer-g3go tires (no size) were replaced after 30,360 miles, the front tires wore down only after 9600 miles.
