Tl-the contact owns a 2012 Mini cooper. The contact stated 3 weeks ago they stepped into the vehicle and water was in the foot area of the drivers side. The driverside and the back left passenger area. The contact also stated that while driving you can hear water swishing around in bottom and the top of the vehicle. They do not know where the water is coming from. Their vehicle alarm goes off and they have to drive around for 15 minutes for the alarm to go off. The water is totaly soaking just one side of the car. The vehicle is an electric vehicle too. There was no warning light illuminating. The vehicle was not towed and the vehicle was not diagnosed. The vehicle was taken to Mini of manhattan (212) 586-6464 793 11th Ave, new york, NY 10019 and they were informed that they would not provide any assistance. The manufacturer was contacted and they did the same. The failure mileage was 70,000. Jw.
