After, the contact became aware that the door latches had failed to keep the door securely closed for the driver’s and passenger’s side doors. The door-ajar warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the driver and passenger side door latches. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
