Tl the contact owns a 2003 Mitsubishi Diamante equipped with cooper cs3 tires (na). While driving 25 mph, air from the vehicle's front driver side tire began to be released. The contact pulled the vehicle into a fuel station/repair shop where the tire was replaced. The contact took the vehicle to the independent mechanic that sold him the tires. The tires were measured and the contact was informed that each of them needed to be replaced. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The tire size was unknown. The approximate tire failure mileage was 198,000 and the vehicle failure mileage was 216,242.

At about 95000 miles I noticed the vehicle becoming very hard to drive whenever there was slight moisture or snow on the roads. After inspecting I noticed both rear wheels tipped in at the top substantially. The left rear wheel was also towed out at the front and both rear tires were almost completely worn even though I had just replaced them about 25000 mile prior. I took it to a local shop who informed me that there was a technical service bulletin out for bushings that press into the rear knuckles wearing prematurely. I have since moved the front tires to the rear and those have completely worn out. I understand I will need to have these bushings replaced and have the suspension aligned to fix the problem. This is a huge expense and without knowing what to look for the vehicle goes from a nice ride to almost impossible to drive in a very short time. I believe this is a huge safety concern and alot of people will be unaware of the problem or continue to drive the vehicle this way because it is very expensive to fix.

I am feeling a constant vibration on the front end of car, and I just replaced the front tires. I checked to see if the weights are still on the rim and they are. All of a sudden I started to hear a very loud noise and when I pushed the gas pedal the vibration would get worse.

Heater core hoses leaked by 34k miles - seeping anti freeze into passenger side carpet, smelling of syrup, and fogging up windows when they needed to be defogged. Also, tires were noisy from first drive. At 36. 5k miles they are very bad, vibrating entire car and making extreme road noise.
The factory tires on this vehicle are bad. I have gotten 3 flat tires in the last 2 weeks. They wear down extremely fast and blow out very easily.
2003/Mitsubishi/diamante vr-x on oct 18 2003 I got my new car and it has been shaking at all times it was in on Monday 20 Tuesday 21 Wednesday 22 from 22 of oct to 27 I am still not driving my car I hav no seen it and my shaking it still not fixed.
Short life of tires. Tires have been properly maintained since the purchase of vehicle but some how the belts were separating and the tires where "chopped up" so they put it. Tires are rotated and balanced regularly in which I have been told that a lack of this type of maintenance causes this problem. So I don't understand why I am having the problems with my tires. I contacted goodyear about the problem and I was instructed to take my car to a goodyear dealer in which I did and they checked the alignment, the rotation records, and the balancing and all those things checked out. They still refused to replace the tires and refused to contact goodyear about the results in which I had and internet email from cheeda moore instructing them to call her directly if they could not help me and they did not.
Goodyear eagle tires, make winding noise when vehicle is in motion. Dealer claimed that this was caused by lack of tire rotation, I have rotated this tires every 6,000 miles, since the day I bought the car new. The problem started after the car had about 2,000 miles, car has been to the dealer two times and the problem has not resolved, vehicle has 24,000 miles, it came with 36,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty. I thought that when you buy a new car the tires are also under the original warranty, but evidently the dealer does not want to honor this. It is unfortunate that the Mitsubishi manufacturer had used these cheap made tires on a good vehicle like this.
