Two problems related to ignition module have been reported for the 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle will stall while driving regardless of speed and without warning. Dealer has replaced fuelpump/ ignition switch and computer, but defect still occurs.
Electronic control unit failed.
